1. Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.

2. Delivery Time

• Inside Dhaka: 2-3 business days
• Outside Dhaka: 4-7 business days
• Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or due to courier delays.

3. Shipping Charges Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location. Free shipping may be available on orders above a certain amount — check our website for current offers.

4. Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation with a tracking number via email or SMS. You can use this to track your delivery status.

5. Failed Delivery If a delivery attempt fails due to an incorrect address or unavailability, the courier will try again. After multiple failed attempts, the order may be returned to us. Re-delivery charges may apply.

6. Damaged Items During Shipping If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund promptly.
